With blends of specialized, naturally occurring microbes and other ingredients, our Microplex™ products naturally enhance the biodegradation of wastewater by increasing the existing microbial population to improve aeration, odor control, phosphorous and nitrogen removal, and BOD/COD reduction.

MICROPLEX™ BP

For Drain, Trap, Pump Station, and Sewer Maintenance (Solid)

MICROPLEX™ BP comes in rugged, submersible solid forms (cakes) that slowly dissolve in a flow stream and release safe, naturally occurring microbes that reduce odor and improve fat, oil, and grease (FOG) degradation. The MICROPLEX™ BP cakes are composed of biodegradable matrix material packed inside a durable, porous mesh netting. They are designed to be dropped into or suspended in lift stations, sewer lines, drains, grease traps, etc., by a line or rope. MICROPLEX™ BP cakes contain only environmentally safe, naturally occurring microbes. The microbes are specially selected for their ability to break down (not just dissolve) the organic contaminants common in food preparation, manufacturing, and domestic wastewaters. The cakes are available in several sizes to efficiently and cost-effectively meet the needs of every application.

Chemical Degrading Bioformula for Wastewater Plants (Liquid)

MICROPLEX™ C is a specialty blend of preselected, adapted microorganisms for use in biological treatment plants receiving wastes containing difficult-to-degrade organic compounds from the chemical, textile, pharmaceutical, and related industries. MICROPLEX™ C contains a combination of aerobes and facultative anaerobes selected from nature for their ability to break down a broad range of natural and man-made organic compounds.

MICROPLEX™ FL

Bioformula for Facultative Lagoons and Ponds (Dry)

MICROPLEX™ FL is a synergistic blend of preselected, adapted microorganisms and enzymes for use in facultative lagoons and ponds receiving municipal, commercial, industrial, and food-processing and dairy waste. MICROPLEX™ FL is formulated with natural enzymes, surfactants, and microbes for enhancement of plant operations to reduce odor. MICROPLEX™ FL contains a combination of enzymes and aerobic and facultative anaerobic microorganisms selected from nature for their ability to break down a broad range of substances encountered in domestic, industrial, and dairy wastes. These include lignocellulosics, greases, fats, proteins, fibrous solids, and other wastes.

For Hydrocarbon Environmental Decontamination (Liquid)

MICROPLEX™ HC is a highly concentrated blend of natural bacteria specifically chosen for their ability to metabolize petroleum hydrocarbons and treat environmental contamination. MICROPLEX™ HC degrades a wide range of hydrocarbon compounds, including crude oil, gasoline, diesel and jet fuels, motor oil, lubricating oil, heating oil, and paraffin. MICROPLEX™ HC effectively degrades BTEX (benzene, toluene, ethylbenzene, and xylene) contamination and other aromatic compounds, such as phenol, found in industrial wastes. MICROPLEX™ HC is effective in bioremediating contaminated soils, groundwater, surface waters, treatment plants, and lagoons.

MICROPLEX™ HCD

Hydrocarbon Degrading Bioformula for Wastewater Plants (Dry)

MICROPLEX™ HCD contains a combination of aerobes and facultative anaerobes selected from nature for their ability to break down a broad range of man-made organic compounds often found in biological wastewater plants receiving industrial wastes. MICROPLEX™ HCD also contains carefully selected powdered activated carbons for immobilizing low-level toxicants in the wastewater stream, thereby enhancing its effectiveness in the wastewater treatment facility.

MICROPLEX™ HS

Hydrogen-Sulfide Reduction in Wastewater Systems: Primary Treatment, Sewer Lines, Lagoons, and Solids Handling (Liquid)

MICROPLEX™ HS is a liquid suspension (with an activator packet) of preselected and adapted anaerobes designed to improve biodegradation under anoxic and anaerobic conditions—such as sewer lines, primary treatment, anaerobic lagoons, and sludge handling/processing—to reduce hydrogen sulfide odors in conveyance and treatment systems. MICROPLEX™ HS has been developed for use in food processing, meat packing, and municipal sludge and waste treatment facilities.

MICROPLEX™ JS

For Wastewater Treatment in Lagoons, Aeration Basins, Digesters, and Sludge Holding Tanks (Liquid)

MICROPLEX™ JS is a two-part formulation of a live synergistic blend of natural, Class I bacteria, specifically chosen for their ability to rapidly degrade solids, fats, lipids, proteins, detergents, hydrocarbons, and other compounds. MICROPLEX™ JS is formulated to help inoculate new or recovering wastewater systems, as well as maintain the existing microbial ecosystem to increase bio-oxidation capacity. MICROPLEX™ JS reduces sludge build-up, lowers BOD/COD, reduces FOG, and solves odor concerns in an affordable manner.

Deodorizer/Liquefier Bioformula for Animal Wastes (Dry)

MICROPLEX™ LM is a synergistic blend of preselected, adapted microorganisms for liquefying and deodorizing animal droppings. MICROPLEX™ LM contains enzymes and additional synergistic ingredients for improving the quality and utility of reusable animal waste residues (manure)—enhancing its fertilizer value.

MICROPLEX™ N

For Nitrification of Wastewater in Aeration Basins and Aerobic Digesters (Dry)

MICROPLEX™ N is a liquid suspension of preselected and adapted nitrosmonas and nitrobacter microbial strains, specifically chosen for their ability to nitrify ammonia. MICROPLEX™ N is formulated to enhance the nitrification process under toxic, inhibitory, or cold weather conditions and specifically to reseed nitrifying systems and maintain the nitrification process. MICROPLEX™ N has been developed for use in the chemical, food processing, petroleum refining, textile, and related industries and for use in municipal plants receiving wastes containing ammonia.

MICROPLEX™ OD

Oil Absorber/Degrader (Dry)

MICROPLEX™ OD is a fine powder of preselected adsorbents and naturally occurring microbial strains that is formulated for use on spillage of petroleum products and related wastes. MICROPLEX™ OD can absorb and break down a broad range of hydrocarbon-containing wastes (from crude oil, gasoline, diesel, machine oils, solvents, and other derivatives) generated from various industries—including refining, petrochemical, transportation, textile, and steelmaking.
